How to deal with sadness?
I ask it to myself every single day and find nothing. But my friend told me something that make me realized.
“It’s normal to feel tired and stressed in a while. Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Just dont stop.”
“Remember your growth and progress. You will soon achieve all your goals in life. Keep going.”
I smiled.
She has her own ways to deal with sadness. Standing and fighting again.
